How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
We have the ability to produce every aspect of your event for a truely stunning, custom tailored experience. Our services range from just complete orchestration of your wedding day to full design, concept and production of the entire wedding process for a truly beautiful and stress free wedding day.

Do you recommend specific wedding professionals? Did you get referral fees?
No we don't get referral fees. We have an extensive list of valued vendors that we use on a regular basis and we guarantee the best prices, products, services and professionalism.

Do you employ other people to help you plan events? How much extra for additional staff?
Yes, we do hire additional people to assist us. Not one person can do it all, you need a team of people orchestrating all the intricate parts of your event. Pending on the attending guests and decor elements proposed, we have a matrix that will determine the amount of help we would require. We pay our extra staff $150.00 for the day.

What if you become ill or cannot come to the wedding? Who will stand in for you?
We have a team of people who will know every intricate element and everything that is suppose to take place for your wedding day.

What is the largest wedding or event you've managed?
Our team has managed over 450 people.

Are you present at all vendor meetings? Do you pay the vendor fees and we pay you one lump sum?
We are present from day one. Upon your initial deposit, we give all vendors a deposit to lock in that date for you. Our vendors are solely dedicated to your event. We don't use national companies for services you require. The vendor we hire is the vendor who shows up for your wedding.

When developing our wedding/event budget, how do you personalize this experience to our needs?
In the initial consultation we discuss the vision of your wedding. This procedure helps us understand what you expect to see for your wedding. With our creative team we come up with elements that you and only you will have for your wedding. We have a wedding calculator which acts as a 'Guide' to show where your dollars will be spent in categories that are intended for weddings.

How many hours are you on site the day of the wedding/event?
The entire day!

Do you charge for an initial meeting? If so, is this amount credited should we hire you?
Our initial consultation is absolutely free. After that meeting and we have earned your trust, we do require a retainer to secure us for your wedding day and for your entire wedding course of events.

Can you assist with travel plans for out of town guests? Our honeymoon plans?
Absolutely!

Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget?
That varies on the type of service you wish to have. Hourly would fall into place if you wanted only consulting services. Flat Fee would fall into place if you had everything planned for your wedding but wanted us complete the orchestration of your wedding day. A percentage would fall into place if we would produce your entire wedding of full design, concept and production for a truly stress free wedding day.

What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you?
We are different from our competitors for the following reasons: We are a "hands on" event production company. We will never send anyone else who was not part of the original design and concept stage to produce one of the most important days of your life. Our personalized service and our extreme attention to detail distinguish us from the rest. You are our most important client, period, and our leadership is second to none! We are passionate about producing beautiful weddings so we share the same emotion for your wedding as you.

How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date?
Preferably 6 months, though we understand the last minute "I can't handle the stress anymore!" of planning your own wedding.

What is your event cancellation policy?
90 days

What is your customer satisfaction cancellation policy?
25 Days

What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are as follows: 50% at signing of contract. 25% - 30 days before your wedding and the last 25% the day before. The day of your wedding, you want to enjoy everything that was envisioned, not worry about money.
